Pigeon Point Lighthouse

Pigeon Point Lighthouse is the tallest lighthouse on the West Coast of the United States located between Santa Cruz and San Francisco on the coastal highway. It was build in 1871 to guide ships on the Pacific coast of California. It is still an active Coast Guard aid to navigation.

Coconut Island

Coconut Island or Moku Ola is a small island in Hilo Bay, just offshore from Lili'uokalani Park and Gardens in Hilo. It is a small park connected to the main island via a footbridge. The name Mokuola translates as "healing island" or "island of life". It was the site of an ancient temple dedicated to healing. (Source: Wikipedia)
